Sales, Exchange & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Arkham Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic jewelry. Due to the nature of our products, the value of precious metals, market fluctuations, and custom-made items, all sales are final.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original method of payment once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase or delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

  • The original sales receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Arkham Jewelry.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Arkham Jewelry reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.


Items Not Eligible for Exchanges or Refunds

The following items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Engraved or otherwise modified items.

  • Resized rings.

  • Special orders.

  • Deposits or down payments.

  • Layaway purchases or payment plans.

  • Purchases financed through third-party financing companies, including but not limited to:

    • Acima

    • Snap Finance

    • Progressive Leasing

  • Clearance, promotional, discounted, or Final Sale items.


Custom Orders

All deposits and payments made toward custom orders are strictly non-refundable.

Once the customer has approved the design and production has begun, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance in full.

Because these pieces are created specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after production has started.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, you must notify Arkham Jewelry within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include clear photographs of the item and its original packaging.

After reviewing the claim, Arkham Jewelry will determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy.


Order Cancellations

Arkham Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Inventory availability.

  • Payment verification issues.

If Arkham Jewelry cancels your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.


Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Sales, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Any chargeback initiated for a legitimate transaction may be disputed using supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Purchase records.

  • Payment confirmations.

  • Customer communications.

  • Product photographs.

  • Shipping records.

  • Delivery confirmations.

  • Signature confirmations.

  • Any other evidence demonstrating that the transaction was properly fulfilled.
