All sales are considered final. We do not offer cash refunds.
However, in specific cases approved by the store, an exchange or store credit may be offered within a period of 3 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
It must be returned with its original packaging.
Exchanges do not apply to personalized items, sale items, or special order products.
Arkham Jewelry is not responsible for:
Incorrect size selection or customer preference.
Wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
